Copyright confirmation

For my trailer, I used the DJ Prince NegaaFellaga's song Introduction, for which a youtube video can be found below. Here is a printscreen of the Facebook message I sent him asking him for the rights to use his song. After 2 messages, he never got back to me.

Due to changes being made during the day of filming and the editing process, and complications to do with my model of the Titanic, I decided to make a new storyboard, seen below.
